Couldn't give it a 5 star because we haven't tried the meat yet. It had more fat on the carne asada that we received then the pile it was out front showing. 16.99 a lbs and the store had so many thing's that would let you throw a great party.

Almost $20 a pound for the carne ranchera??? Thats insane. I understand prices have gone up but no other store is this expensive. I'll take myself to another mexican store.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Even at check out when we purchased mangoes and one of them was bad on the side we didn’t see the store clerk had us get a new one so we had high-quality mangoes. If you’re looking for specialty items that you’re not going to find at your regular grocery store this is the place to go.

Curiosities abound at La Cantera Market in West Jordan. Colors, textures and aromas confuse the Caucasian wanderer, who identifies as "cultured," yet is obviously leagues beyond his comfort zone. Discover and explore new tastes, packaging, or possibly yourself at this "mercado de libertad!" Olé! 🥑
